Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is one of my favourite cities in Asia. It is so vibrant, alive and in-your-face. At the same time, the hills and peaks surrounding the city bring peace and tranquillity. They also provide superb photo-opportunities of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

Hong Kong is a gigantic city. It is a maze of tall buildings, that are all huddled up against each other. You wonder whether many of the streets ever see any direct sunlight.

I took this photograph with a technical tilt-shift lens. Creating this surreal effect, and making it look much smaller and intimate. There was no post-processing involved.
